Central Coast Blinds will repair, remedy or replace any such defects or faults in such manner as Central Coast Blinds considers most appropriate. This warranty is only valid where the blinds have been paid for in full and does not cover the following:
• Fair wear and tear including, without limitation, fading on fabrics and other materials;
• Deliberate or accidental damage or misuse by the client • Poor treatment, misuse, abuse or neglect of the blind by the client
• Damage caused by, but not limited to animals, pests, plants, acts of God, fire, smoke, candles, moisture, humidity, snow, hail, sun light, lighting, rain, water, wind, storm or flood;

• Failure to clean, care and maintain the blinds;
• Issues resulting from structural limitations.
All window furnishings must not be altered or modified in any way, shape or form and all original components must be installed by Central Coast Blinds. This will be decided upon at Central Coast Blinds discretion. The warranty only applies to blinds installed by Central Coast Blinds in the designated opening as originally intended. Central Coast Blinds does not cover issues including bending, bowing or alignment issues in the frame or jamb in which the blind is installed or relocation for the blind to another frame or jamb within the house or premises. Blind materials including the fabric, aluminium or powder coating colours may vary between orders. Therefore, there may be discrepancy in colours or patterns, and we cannot guarantee that additional or follow up orders will be the exact same match as previous orders. For any warranty claim the client is to contact Central Coast Blinds at the immediate discovery of an issue. A copy of the receipt or client’s tax invoice must be supplied when submitting a claim. Where a warranty claim is accepted, Central Coast Blinds will bear the cost of collection of the blind from the client’s house or premises, returning blind to the client’s house or premises and installation of the blind. All other costs in relation to claiming the warranty are to be accepted by the client. All Central Coast Blinds products that have not been fully paid for within the required due date means these blinds remain the property of Central Coast Blinds.
